Community Sequencing Program users:

The Work Initiation Process (WIP) application provides a web-based interface that can be used to request sequencing from the JGI. The current release supports the CSP letter of intent and proposal submissions.

Bioenergy Research Center users:

To submit new proposals, please download and complete the BRC Sequencing Request Form and email it to the JGI Project Management Office jgi_project_management@lanl.gov. One of the Project Managers will contact you to initiate the work. Future releases of the Work Initiation Process (WIP) will include web-based support for BRC proposal submissions.
